Video Presentations – 2020 Canadian Investiture

Uncategorized

My Dear Confreres and Consoeurs,

As we have had to cancel our 2020 Canadian Commandery Investiture that was to be held this weekend, I and our new Commander of the Canadian Commandery, H.E. The Chevalier Lt. Sean E. Livingston GCJ, have prepared video presentations announcing our new Knights, promotions, awards and appointments.

I know you all join me in welcoming our new Commander of the Canadian Commandery, H.E. The Chevalier Lt. Sean E. Livingston GCJ, to his new position in our Order. Congratulations as well to Chevalier Capt. Jason Burgoin KCJ on his appointment as Commander of the Gore-Niagara Sub-Commandery and his elevation to Knight Commander.

In my video I also thank our outgoing Commander of the Canadian Commandery, H.E. The Chevalier Dr. David Douglas GCJ, who is now Commander of Canada Emeritus and our new Grand Capitular.

Welcome and congratulations as well to our new Knights of the Order, and to the recipients of our Benefactor Medals and Cross of Merit.

I know these videos are a poor substitute for the opportunity to meet in person, but hopefully they will allow our members in Canada and around the world to feel a little more connected in these unusual times.

Warmest fraternal regards,
H.E. The Chevalier Stephen Lautens GCJ
Grand Master
